I’m a Baltimore-based digital consultant working at the intersection of design, technology, analytics, and accessibility. I help mission-led teams build thoughtful websites and systems that work for the people using them and the people responsible for keeping them running.
How I work
My work starts with a simple question: can the people this is for understand it, use it, and keep using it after launch?
That means accessibility is not a final compliance pass. It shows up in information architecture, interaction design, content, measurement, documentation, and training. The goal is a digital experience that removes friction without flattening the personality out of the work.

Examples from learning platforms, analytics infrastructure, and the systems that help teams sustain accessible work.
Designed and built an e-learning experience around WCAG guidance, then added GA4 measurement so the organization could understand participation and strengthen future grant applications.
Impact: Accessible delivery paired with evidence for future funding.
Created documentation and led training on migrations, project planning, analytics, and security tools for people with a wide range of technical experience.
Impact: Less dependency, clearer handoffs, and more confident teams.
Repaired broken Shopify and Google Analytics integrations and built GA4 and Tag Manager systems across websites, campaigns, podcasts, and learning platforms.
Impact: Cleaner data for improving content, navigation, and conversion paths.
