When and where is the sale?

Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 9am to 12pm at 141 N Kenwood, Baltimore, MD. Everything is local pickup only.

Will you have more than what’s listed on the site?

Yes — we’ll be adding things right up until the day of! Most of the large items are listed, but stop by for small finds, freebies, and gifts with purchase.

Will you be selling any snacks?

Nope — but as a passionate home cook and gardener, we’ll have lavender lemonade made with home-grown lavender and fresh-squeezed lemons, and probably some tasty treats coming out of the oven at some point.

How does reserving an item work?

On anything over $5 you can put down a $5 deposit to hold it until the sale ends — and that $5 counts toward the price, so you just pay the rest at pickup. Cheaper items are buy-now only. The deposit isn’t refundable: if you can’t make it, let us know before 10am the day of the sale so we can relist it, but we can’t return the deposit, sorry!

Can I pay cash?

Yes! You can pay with cash, card, or tap-to-pay.

Are your prices negotiable?

Not for the online pre-sale — we simply don’t have the bandwidth! Swing by the yard sale in person and we can chat about pricing then.
